Designing for ESG success – the Speeki ESG enterprise platform helps companies enhance their reputation, improve brand experience, and manage risk by taking their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) to the next level.

Speeki helps companies to say goodbye to ESG obligation and hello to a competitive advantage by assisting in operationalising ESG, and embedding it into every facet of their organisation – turning investment in ESG from an obligation into a competitive advantage.

Speeki partnered with BaseCreate to evolve their existing whistleblowing app into a complete enterprise platform for ESG – creating the strategy, website, content and activation assets. This resulted in a powerful challenger brand in the market.

BaseCreate was tasked with creating a complete rebrand for Speeki, to secure its position as a market leader in the ESG industry.

To cut through the noise in the crowded and rapidly evolving ESG Industry, Speeki set itself apart with smart Ai-driven tools that allow for a quicker, deeper operationalisation of ESG into the key areas where your business most needs them.

Our aim was to develop a dynamic, cutting-edge and sophisticated platform that reflects the company's edge and ambition.

We kicked off with a deep dive into the business, unlocking transformational insights through collaboration.

Delving into the target market to uncover unmet needs, evaluating the competition and available offerings.

Through carefully designed workshops to define Speeki’s ‘what-why-how", we discovered their purpose and competitive edge.

The primary tool developed for implementing the strategy is an innovative three-stage model of collecting signals from many sources, analysing them for predictive insights into emerging risks, and proposing impactful actions to resolve them.

The brand strategy is built around the key objective of helping companies to thrive and grow by avoiding ESG risks and implementing positive ESG practices.

The purpose is not only to assist them to reduce risk, but to add value to their business model and enable them to leverage their enhanced ESG management through ratings, certifications and reporting.

'Take no chances. Hear all voices' is based on the core idea that rather than waiting for a single whistleblower to publicly uncover issues in your business, you get ahead of all the potential ESG issues in your company.

Sophisticated Ai-driven algorithms within the platform can detect the tell-tale signatures in conversations, business decisions and business transaction data that could indicate potential fraud, bribery, racial discrimination or other risks at an early stage.

We created user personas for different customer groups, mapping out UX journeys for six defined user roles, from the C-Suite, compliance and legal to the supply chain.

Speeki Platform is rich in information, so efficient navigation was a key goal to facilitate each user’s individual journey through the site.

The UI approach was to enhance the Speeki platform with human-centred design elements and an uplifting brand voice that speaks to the customer base.

Complex business situations and data illustrations were distilled down into simple easy-to-understand solution-snapshots.

We crafted a digital-friendly identity that showcases the transforming impact of Speeki – at the same time exuding reliability and professionalism.

A brand voice that is enthusiastic, energetic and professional

Colour plays a key role in the UI design system, creating an energetic and positive atmosphere – emphasising the solutions to pain points that Speeki offers.

The photographic style focuses on communicating the 'Take no chances. Hear all voices' message in a contemporary way that strengthens Speeki's relationship with its customer base.

The UI design grid was created to give a cohesive and forward-thinking brand experience, depicting evolving changes in the world culture in many leading companies.
