Faster, agiler ratings with Confirmity

Confirmity is a next-generation standards and ratings agency that helps companies achieve a range of ISO and other standards in areas such as anti-bribery 37001. With a typical ISO accreditation taking a company 3-6 months, this is too slow and costly for businesses that want to get a quicker, more agile benchmark of how their company is performing in a certain business area. Confirmity’s management has written many of the guidelines used in the industry and developed a new type of standard called a ‘rating’. To get a rating, companies only need to fill out an online questionnaire and their rating is ready in 2-3 weeks.

BaseCreate was tasked with creating the brand for Confirmity, including brand voice and user experience design, to secure its position as a market leader in the certification industry. Because the marketplace is full of companies offering professional standards consulting services, we knew that a typical corporate identity wouldn’t be enough. The identity and design system needed to stand out as different – so we created a vibrant design system that communicates the ease and flexibility of Confirmity’s services.

The creative direction was to step up Confirmity with fresh, original design and an inspiring voice that reaches customers.

The brand identity idea is undeniably simple, rooted in their service delivery and the structured approach they present to customers. The logo captures the idea of all business elements confirming and aligning to the same form and principles. The bright colours signify the dynamic way in which Confirmity provides this.

The brand colours represent the story of Confirmity's products, services, and purpose while embodying the excitement of positive business transformation.

The typography had to work well in all applications, and was picked with digital compatibility and user-friendliness in mind.
